How to accept an invite and join a Team

Steps:

Player (or parent/guardians) must be added to a team via invite from the Team Roster tab. When their email is added to their player profiel they will automatically be sent an email invite.

With this invite they can accept and join (and create a user login profile, if they don't have one already)

NOTE: Players do not need to be invited in order to have stats or to score a game. However, accepting the invite is necessary to access features like Team Chat, Attendance, Notifications.

To send Invites:

You must be a Team Official (ie. Team Rep/Captain, etc) or League Admin to add emails and send invites to players.

1) Go to the Team Roster tab and click on the pencil icon next to the player.

2) Add the player (or parent) email address and hit submit. An email invite will be sent.

Their invite status will show as "invited"

3) Once an invite is accept, their status will change to "accepted".

It is possible to send invite emails en masse to the entire team at once, using the Roster Import function.
