# News Feed (Social Feed)
The News Feed (also called the Social Feed) is your central hub for posting announcements, highlights, and more. Every post can be delivered:
- **In-app** via the SportNinja mobile app
- **Push notification** for instant visibility
- **Email** for those who prefer a direct inbox alert

### 👤 Who Can Post
- **League Owners & Admins**
- Can post to the entire league organization.
- **Team Members** (captains, coaches, designated admins)
- Can post at the team level.
- Their posts appear only to followers of that specific team.
> *Pro Tip:* If you’re invited at a division or bracket level, you’ll see posting privileges for that level and any sub-levels beneath it.

### ⚙️ How It Works
1. **Select Your Audience**
- Choose “League” to broadcast to everyone, or pick a specific team.
2. **Write Your Update**
- Add text, images, or links—whatever grabs attention.
3. **Choose Delivery Channels**
- Tick **Email**, **Push Notification**, or both.
4. **Publish**
- Hit **Post**, and your message goes live instantly.
