Playoffs Setup - Options

Note that there are currently 2 different ways to execute Playoffs within SportNinja:

1. Simple version - Run playoffs just like the regular season, but using Placeholder Teams (eg. "Semi-final Winner" or "First Place") for unknown TBD game slots. This is currently recommended for small leagues with uncomplicated tournament set-ups. Or for leagues needing custom playoff schedules or unique advancements. This method gives you full control of the schedule and playoff types.
2. Enhanced version - This method involves strict brackets and advancement functionality (with single or double knockout Brackets, Player Eligibility, Managed Advancements, etc).  *Please review this article in full before proceeding with this method, to ensure it works for your playoff - support@sportninja.com.
