Role Permissions

Overview:

Below is a table outlining the key capabilities and access with each role. Roles can be combined and capabilities are additive.  

 

Recommendations for Assigning Role Designations:

  1. Invite to the appropriate level of the Hierarchy: Invite Users at the level of the hierarchy they will need to manage. Or, invite to a specific Competition if their involvement will be isolated to that event.
  2. Capabilities are additive. Minimize the number of roles where possible: For example, a League Manager might also be a Scorekeeper. It could be more efficient to invite them as an Admin instead, as this role will provide capabilities for both.
