# Set up and edit - League Officials (Refs, Scorekeepers)
**Overview**: Add / invite or edit your League Officials on the "Officials" tab. You can also use the [Officials Import](https://45201360.hs-sites.com/support-center/importing-team-officials?hsLang=en) function to load many officials at one time.
League Officials are:
- Referees
- Scorekeepers
- Timekeepers
- Assistant Officials
Note: It is possible to add your League Officials to any level of a hierarchy: Org \> Sub-Org \> Competition \> Game. Choose the appropriate level based upon the competitions they will be supporting.
**Steps**:
1. Locate the **"Officials" tab** (based upon the level of the hierarchy you are looking to add/update your officials). Click the **"Create Official"** button on the far right.
2\. Input the Official's **First Name**, **Last Name** and **Email**.
3\. Select their **Role**.
4\. Hit **Submit**, when ready, and the system will invite the Official into your League or Competition.
5. The Official will receive an email invitation to confirm and automatically be associated with that specific organization / league / competition.
