Registration - Waitlists

Overview: SportNinja is actively working on a full Waitlist feature.

For the moment, the best way to handle or create a Waitlist through registration is the following:

1. Create a new Division called "Waitlist".

2. Add a DRAFT group to that division.

3. Set the Division configuration so that players can only register to the DRAFT group.

Then set a max (optional)
